FAQ

Please read carefully, once an order is placed which mean you have accepted the term and conditions.

Ordering procedure

  • Press "Checkout" Button

  • Choose your shipping and payment method

  • Sign Up as a member and enter Promo code ‘NEWCUSTOMER10’ will receive $10 off

  • Proceed to payment

  • Fill in your name/ shipping address /payment detail/email/ phone number

  • You will receive a order confirmation email

  • After your payment is confirmed, within 1-2 days you will receive a shipping confirmation email (Except those products specify pre-order is needed)

How to Pay?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card

    • Visa、Master, American Express can be used. No extra transaction fee will be charged.

    • We use Stripe as our Payment Gateway, all the information of the Credit Card will not be stored by us.

    • Payment screen cap/picture can be uploaded directly in the order confirmation email (click the blue button inside the mail to upload)

    • Or send the payment screen cap/picture to plussizeddogdog@gmail.com with you order number

    • Please send the payment screen cap/picture (with date and time)​ for faster process

    • After receiving the payment receipt, we need 1-2 days to check with our bank record. Once confirmed, you will receive the shipping confirmation email.​

    • If payment is not received within 48hours, the system will automatically cancelled the order.

Delivery

All Single Purchase Above HKD$250 will enjoy FREE shipping 

  • Can choose 1) Delivery to door 2) EF Locker(except products remarked in description do not support smart locker) (please check the size limit of your designated locker)
  • If the size does not fit EF Locker, we will contact you directly to confirm the delivery address.

For Purchase less than HKD$250, products can be delivery in the following ways:

  • SF Express Pay on delivery 
  • EF Locker (Have Size limit, Pay on delivery)

​If the size does not fit EF Locker, we will contact you directly to confirm the delivery address.

Attention: 

  • The delivery fee is charged by the logistic company and will not show in any of our company order confirmation/invoice etc.

  • For SF Express delivery &EF Locker, customers are deem to accept the terms and conditions by the delivery companies 

Return and Exchange Policy

 

    • If the purchase is not success because of out of stock, customer can choose to wait the arrival of next batch or refund the full order

    • If there is any quality issue with the products or received a wrong product, customer need to do the refund/exchange within 7 days after received. After 7 days no products will be refund/exchange.

      • Exchange procedures​:

        Inform us by sending an email with picture of the received products to plussizeddogdog@gmail.com, after our conformation, we will provide the return address

        Pack the product properly and use SF Express pay on delivery

        The return product must be the same condition when received (including all the accessories and packing)The following product does not accept refund/exchange

        Upon received of the return product, exchange will be made. No refund service is available. 

  • The following product does not accept refund/exchange:
    • Customer want to exchange/refund because of personal reasons (e.g. pick the wrong colour/ pick the wrong products , not suitable etc)

    • Customer have used the products

    • Customer have used or made any changes to the products

    • Any products received after 3 days

    • Some products listed as no refund/exchange 

    • Products damage because of the logistic company

    • In case of dispute, Plus Size Dog Dog reserves the right to make the final decision
